How Forecast Record Earns Money
Forecast Record has 0 active affiliate links and 0 paid plans that can be bought right now (as of , source: our affiliate register and the Data and API page). When that changes, the money will come from bookmakers and from data subscribers, never from tipsters, and it will not change any number, table or position on this site.
Where the money will come from
Our income comes from two sources, both described here before they bring in anything.
- Affiliate links to bookmakers. If a reader follows such a link and opens an account, the bookmaker may pay us a commission. Every such link is marked on the page with the words “Ad — bookmaker links. We may earn a commission.”, goes through our own redirect without third-party scripts and carries rel="sponsored". Right now no such link is live on this site.
- Paid data plans. The data behind every page is free to read in the JSON and CSV next to it; heavier use through the API will be paid. The plans and their terms are published on the Data and API page. None of the paid plans can be bought yet.
What money never touches
- The order of every table and list is computed from the record before any commission is known. The code that ranks and settles does not read the affiliate register, and the affiliate register does not read any record.
- Which picks count, how they are priced and how they are settled follow the published methodology, the same for every tipster.
- No tipster, bookmaker or data subscriber can pay to be added, removed, moved up or described differently.
- A bookmaker link never replaces or hides a number. If a page shows a market price, it is the median of bookmakers' prices for that selection, not the price of the bookmaker we link to.
Tipsters do not pay us
We take no money from the tipsters and sources we measure: not to be tracked, not to be removed and not for a position. We do not place affiliate links to tipsters' paid groups, subscriptions or services, and we take no commission from them. A link to a tipster's own public channel is an ordinary link marked rel="nofollow", and it appears only once that record has reached the Tracked level. Registration is free and does not change how a record is counted.
If you think money changed something
Tell us on the right of reply page: you get a reference number on screen, and the outcome is logged. A confirmed error is corrected in the open and listed in the corrections log.
